Friday Midday Madness: 08/06/10

It's Friday, and word on the street is that Friday is My Day, but I'll still throw you some lunch time midday madness, just to get you through boring almuerzo.

In Other News: 7/29/10

Quick hits from around the sports world for your afternoon delight. Note: reading In Other News NOT an established rookie tradition

It was reported that at the most recent practice, Bryant did carry Williams pads, but joked, "I won't carry the helmet though," and threw it back to Williams, who dropped it.

WeMustBeCursed's Definition for: The 2 Types of The Curse

The other day, one of my roommates asked me to expand upon the definition of a "common case of a curse." He argued that this plagued only a small handful of teams, and said I had a fascination with it because I was a Mets fan. His favorite sports team? The Dallas Cowboys. My response: yeah, you guys have suffered from it too. (Even though Romo's jersey never looked so good)
